Born and raised in Michigan! I grew up in the Metro Detroit area, then moved to the west side of the state for undergrad and medical school. I attended grand Valley State University where I obtained my degree in Biomedical Sciences. After 1 gap here, I then attended Michigan State University’s College of Human Medicine.
Outside Interests and Hobbies:
When I can afford it, traveling is one of my favorite things to do. But in reality, I find mild pleasure in walking around the city and exploring the community around me. I like reading a book here and there, and then perhaps checking out the local coffee shop (although, I’m perfectly happy with my off-brand K-Cups).
Interests within Emergency Medicine:
I like EMS, critical care and education! Essentially the things where life and death are on the line, and then working with the future of medicine to also navigate these situations.
