Background:

I am originally from North Carolina. I went to college at Swarthmore, and returned to NC for medical school at Duke.

Outside Interests and Hobbies:

On days off, I like hiking, kayaking, and being outdoors. On rainy days I love to bake and cook. Someday I hope to get back to doing Krav Maga which I began learning for a year during medical school!

Interests within Emergency Medicine:

I am interested in event/disaster medicine and prehospital care. Also interested in global health, and informatics.
